Free Luxury Accommodation for Golfers Teeing Off in the Algarve with Oceānico
May 13th 2009 - Book a €600* golf package at the World’s Best new Golf Resort and get 7-nights FREE luxury accommodation

Free luxury accommodation is on offer for golfers heading to the Algarve this year, when they book a €600* golf package at Oceānico’s Amendoeira Golf Resort – voted Best Golf Resort in the World in the latest Homes Overseas awards – before 30 June 2009.
 
Available to the first 2,000 golf packages booked, the offer includes seven nights free accommodation in a luxury two bedroom, self-catering apartment for a minimum of two people at a choice of Oceānico’s new Amendoeira Golf Resort, Belmar Spa & Beach Resort, Vila Baķa or Estrela da Luz resorts.

For €600* for an adult golfer and €300* for a Junior Golfer, guests will receive - two rounds of golf on the new Oceānico Faldo Course; two rounds on the Oceānico O’Connor Jnr. Course; two rounds on the Par 3 Academy Course; complimentary buggies; a practice session at the Amendoeira Golf Academy and Callaway Fitting Suite; and special discounted rates at all other Oceānico courses in Vilamoura.

In addition, guests will receive a demonstration of the latest high-tech fitting in the Callaway Suite, as well as a tune up 15-minute lesson with the V1 golf software swing analysis; discounts on instruction from Oceānico’s pro-golfers; Callaway club fitting available; access to all sporting and leisure facilities including tennis, gym and bowling; a 10% discount on all food and drinks; and a 20% discount at the Amendoeira Pro-shop.

Oceānico’s additional golf courses in the Algarve include the Oceānico Victoria, host to the Portugal Masters; The Oceānico Old Course; Oceānico Pinhal; Oceānico Laguna; and Oceānico Millennium, with discounted prices starting from €58 per round as part of the offer.

The self-catering accommodation is available at the new Amendoeira Golf Resort, near Silves; the Belmar Spa & Beach Resort between Lagos and Praia da Luz; and the Estrela da Luz and Vila Baķa resorts in Praia da Luz. All resorts offer luxury apartments, equipped to the highest standards, and a wealth of facilities including swimming pools, tennis courts, and restaurants.

The offer is valid for all golf packages booked before 30 June 2009, for departures until 31 December 2009 and is subject to availability.  Guests can choose to upgrade to a luxury three-bedroom villa for a supplement of €300* per person, based on a minimum of three adults sharing a villa.

Discounts on the golf package prices are available for non-golfers, with the seven night stay for an adult non-golfer costing €300*, and a junior non-golfer costing €150*.  Other activities to enjoy in the Algarve include horse-riding, dolphin watching and cycling.

Flights to Faro are not included, allowing guests to book the most convenient flight times with airlines including  Ryanair (www.ryanair.ie) and Aerlingus (www.aerlingus.ie) Car hire or taxi transfers to and from Faro airport can be arranged through Oceānico Resorts.
