I was a guest of your resort just this past weekend during The North Carolina Harmony Brigade.

I wanted to be absolutely sure and let every one of your staff know just how fabulous the experience was at your facility the entire stay.

While some hotels and resorts concentrate on quality staffing at what is perceived as the higher level 'public' positions, like front desk personnel, etc., what I saw was something entirely different. From the top management personnel, to the restaurant and banquet hall staff, from the front desk administrators, to all the room cleaning personnel, I witnessed genuine, professional customer service.

While barbershoppers are certainly not always the easiest client, your staff took our entire group in stride and saw that we had absolutely everything we needed and delivered it with a smile.

Thank you so very much for making our dream weekend even better than we had hoped. I look forward to both staying with you again next year as well as telling everyone I know where to stay when in the Carthage/Pinehurst area.
